Problem:

The CloudCircle client will not install on Windows Vista.

Solution:

There are two ways to install the CloudCircle client on a Windows Vista machine...

1) Through the web site.  Instead of launching Internet Explorer like you normally do, find the IE icon and right-click on it.  Select "Run as administrator" from the menu that pops up.  Return to the CloudCircle web site and connect.  The client will install.  After it has been installed, you no longer need to do anything special.

2) Download the full stand-alone client from our downloads page and install it manually.  This is not recommended.
